The Artistica Soffiera e Vetreria-Barovier Seguso & Ferro emerged from an informal collaboration of glass blowers. Initially, they only produced to order of local retailers, such as Salviati & C., Pauly & C. and Compagnia Venezia Murano. The drawings were provided by the concerned retailer. Some of these models were later on inserted an the proper modelbooks. The photograph represents a publicity card, depicting the model by an unknown retailer. The drawing shows the altered version which was inserted in the ASV catalogue.
